An anonymous user has permanently inscribed the full US Constitution onto the Bitcoin blockchain in block 951,492 via a 44.4 KB OP_RETURN transaction. This follows MARA Holdings’ January 2025 inscription of the Constitution and Bill of Rights into block 879,613 and was enabled by last year’s removal of the OP_RETURN size cap. The 113,454-satoshi ($83.41) transaction was mined by SpiderPool on May 28 with no immediate price impact on BTC. Meanwhile, Sequans continues selling 1,114 BTC to retire roughly $37 million in debt, underscoring ongoing corporate treasury flows and rising demand for non-financial block space.
