Bitcoin Developer Kruw Accuses Ocean Miner Powre of Transaction Censorship in Block 973,817

Developer Kruw has accused an Ocean mining pool miner named Powre of censoring a consolidation transaction in Bitcoin block 973,817. The block contained 1,698 transactions and yielded 0.01586594 BTC in fees, missing the expected 3,580 transactions and generating 7.68% less fee revenue than a standard template. Kruw argued Ocean should penalize templates that fail to maximize fee revenue. Ocean representative Coinjoined Chris and community figures defended the miner, citing DATUM protocol autonomy, mempool variances, and network propagation delays.
