Bitcoin Rebounds Above $80,000 Following Consecutive Outflows From US Spot ETFs

Bitcoin rebounded above the key $80,000 threshold and tested $81,000 after falling to an intraday low of $79,146 on October 24. The drop followed sharp institutional de-risking, with U.S. spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds recording $635.49 million in net outflows on October 22—the largest single-day withdrawal since late June—and an additional $137.94 million in net outflows on October 23. Market pressure was exacerbated by tech equity selloffs, surges in Brent crude toward $114 per barrel, and derivative liquidations exceeding $336 million.
