An early Ethereum ICO participant sold 1,500 ETH worth approximately $3.48 million over an eight-hour period on Monday. The sale represents 1.5% of the investor's original 100,000 ETH allocation, which was bought in 2015 at roughly $0.31 per token. The liquidation followed earlier on-chain transfers of 5,000 ETH, which included depositing 3,000 ETH valued at $6.94 million across exchanges throughout the day, alongside moving over $100 million in stablecoins. About 47,000 ETH worth an estimated $109 million remains in wallets tied to the investor.
