Energy Aspects Cuts China's November Diesel Export Forecast to 580,000 Tons

China's November diesel exports are now projected to sink to roughly 580,000 tons, down 400,000 tons from earlier projections by Energy Aspects. The drop comes as domestic commercial refined product inventories hit their lowest levels in nearly seven years, leading refiners to curb foreign shipments to safeguard local supplies. Outflows had already been expected to slide from 1.33 million tons in August and 1.8 million tons in September. Despite a 44% year-on-year increase in fourth-quarter export quotas to 20.44 million tons, depleted stockpiles and narrowing export margins continue to constrain physical outflows.
