Google launches Gemini 4 Argon AI model with promotional pricing and agentic tools

Alphabet's Google has launched its flagship Gemini 4 Argon artificial intelligence model for enterprise clients, developers, and premium consumers, with cofounder Sergey Brin stating the company is entering recursive self-improvement as AI models assist in developing successors. The rollout follows early testing with cybersecurity partners on September 30. Public access opened October 13 across the Gemini API, Google Cloud, and AI Pro and Ultra subscriptions. Argon features a 1-million-token context window, introductory API pricing of $2 per million input tokens and $10 per million output tokens through November 30, and integrations across Antigravity and third-party apps.
