MARA Holdings transferred 1,000 Bitcoin valued at approximately $80.19 million to institutional custodian BitGo in a single transaction, fueling market speculation of further liquidations. The move followed a confirmed sale of 1,000 BTC worth $80.19 million, which was executed after deposits to Binance and Gate. MARA previously divested 996 BTC for roughly $81.13 million to finance liquidity and capital expenditures. Following the transfer, Bitcoin traded just below $80,000, down nearly 5% over two weeks, while MARA's treasury reserves stood at 35,577 BTC at the end of Q2.
