Saylor Cites US Election Victories as Proof of Bipartisan Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Support

MicroStrategy Executive Chairman Michael Saylor emphasized expanding bipartisan support for strategic Bitcoin reserves following key election wins in Florida and Texas. Republican Byron Donalds, who won the Florida governorship, previously introduced the federal Reserve and Stockpile Act (H.R. 2112) to codify a federal reserve initially established by executive order in March 2025. In Texas, newly elected Democratic U.S. Senator James Talarico previously voted for Senate Bill 21, which passed the state House 101-42 and was signed by Governor Greg Abbott in 2025 to create the Texas Strategic Bitcoin Reserve.
