Nasdaq Futures Rebound Up to 1.4% Following Steep Weekly Technology Selloff

Nasdaq futures rose up to 1.4% on Monday, recovering from a sharp technology selloff that triggered their steepest weekly losses since June. The rebound, which saw early Nasdaq 100 futures climb 0.9% to near 29,643 before gains widened, defies fears of a 'Black Monday' crash. S&P 500 futures also advanced 0.8%, supported by softening oil prices and a slight retreat in the 10-year US Treasury yield to 5.06%. The turnaround follows a Friday rout driven by doubts over AI infrastructure spending, where the tech-heavy index fell 2.1% and ended the prior week down more than 4%.
