QumulusAI Signs $240.9 Million in Deals for Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPU Capacity

QumulusAI secured two three-year take-or-pay customer contracts totaling $240.9 million for dedicated AI inference capacity powered by Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPUs. The deployment involves more than 2,000 B300 GPUs across two dedicated computing clusters. The first agreement covers $211.9 million over three years for a large language, vision, and speech inference platform with turnover in early 2027. The second contract represents $29.1 million for a generative AI platform with handover scheduled for December 2026. Extension options could increase the total potential value up to $401.6 million over five years.
