Strategy Buys 267 Bitcoin for $22.1 Million, Expands Preferred Buyback Program to $3B

Strategy's total treasury reserves reached 848,517 bitcoin after acquiring 267 tokens for roughly $22.1 million at an average price of $82,900 between October 12 and October 18. Aggregate bitcoin purchases now total approximately $64.02 billion at an average cost of $75,446 per coin. The acquisition was funded predominantly by selling 140,872 common shares for $22.0 million under an at-the-market offering. In tandem, Strategy spent $193.1 million repurchasing preferred STRC shares and expanded its digital credit securities repurchase authorization from $2.0 billion to $3.0 billion, leaving approximately $1.16 billion in remaining buyback capacity.
