Strategy acquired 811 Bitcoin for approximately $65.5 million between October 26 and November 1, elevating its total treasury reserves to 849,327 BTC. The purchases were completed at an average price of $80,846 per token, bringing aggregate Bitcoin acquisitions to $64.08 billion at an average cost of $75,451. Strategy financed the move by selling 1,178,552 Class A common shares to raise $164 million net through an at-the-market offering, allocating $65.5 million to Bitcoin and $98.5 million to cash. Concurrently, the company spent $208.2 million repurchasing 2,092,035 shares of STRC preferred stock, maintaining $4.79 billion in USD reserves.
