Strive expanded its cryptocurrency treasury to 43,000 BTC after acquiring 6,182 Bitcoin for $511.4 million between October 17 and October 23, 2026. The purchase was executed at an average price of $82,732 per coin, positioning the firm as the fourth-largest publicly traded corporate holder globally. To support further balance-sheet accumulation, Strive established an at-the-market program on October 26 to sell up to $1 billion of its 15% Series A Perpetual SATS Preferred Stock. The recent buying spree was funded primarily through warrant exercises and a previous $630 million preferred stock offering.
