Ukrainian officials confirmed that high-speed connectivity across SpaceX's Starlink and Starshield networks has stabilized above 400 km/h (249 mph), ending more than a week of service disruptions. SpaceX had capped receiver speeds at roughly 100 mph (160 km/h) starting mid-October, severing connections for Ukrainian military drones and interceptors. CEO Elon Musk defended the restrictions, alleging Ukraine violated civilian terms of service by launching offensive drone strikes, an assertion Ukrainian defense advisers dispute.
